| From Where in the world |
I knew that there had to be a reason for me lugging my snowboarding ensembles to Tucson, and at long last I got to play in the snow. For those of you who know me from my UK days, my enthusiasm for snow hasn't wavered one little bit. I'm still like a child every time I see it.
The place where Christian and I went boarding is called Mount Lemmon Ski Valley. The altitude is slightly over 9,000 feet and so is pretty mild. It was his first time on the board (he did great) and, given that it has been about 4 years since I last boarded, I thankfully managed to keep of my toosh for the most part.
The plan is to go to boarding for a long weekend before I return home - not sure where to yet (maybe in Arizona, Utah or Colorado) as I am too busy working on my assignment at the moment (due this week - yikes). Which brings me to my next point...
I'm sorry that some of you haven't had a letter or a call from me in a while. I am thinking of you - I promise. I didn't have access to the Internet for them most part while I was away in Mexico, and had no phone. Once I get this next assignment out of the way I'll catch up.

Glad to hear you are having a great time. Doing assignments and travelling at the same time? How is that all working out?
